Terms and Conditions:
Rental Agreement: By availing the rental services provided by Game Day Valet, you (the "Customer") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, forming a legally binding agreement between Game Day Valet and the Customer.
Rental Period: The rental period shall commence from the agreed-upon pick-up time and date and shall conclude upon the return of the rented items to the designated drop-off location, as specified by Game Day Valet.
Rental Items: Game Day Valet shall provide the rental items listed in the agreement, including but not limited to tents, chairs, coolers, and other accessories, subject to availability.
Care and Responsibility: The Customer shall be responsible for the rented items during the entire rental period and is required to handle them with reasonable care. Any damage, loss, or theft of the rental items will be the Customer's responsibility and may result in additional charges.
Rental Return: The Customer is responsible for returning the rented items to the designated drop-off location at the end of the rental period. Failure to return the items as per the agreed-upon schedule may incur additional fees.
Reservation and Cancellation: Reservations for rental items are subject to availability and can be made in advance. Cancellations made with reasonable notice are eligible for a full or partial refund, as determined by Game Day Valet's cancellation policy.
Pricing and Payments: Rental fees and any applicable charges, including taxes, shall be as per the pricing schedule provided by Game Day Valet. Payment is due at the time of reservation or pick-up, as per the agreed-upon terms.
Liability Waiver: By accepting these terms and conditions, the Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Game Day Valet and its employees from any liability, claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of the rented items.
Force Majeure: Game Day Valet shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.
Termination: Game Day Valet reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if the Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of North Carolina, and any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cleveland County, NC.
Modification of Terms: Game Day Valet may modify these terms and conditions from time to time, and any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying the Customer through other appropriate means.
By proceeding with the rental reservation and payment, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
